Tools and Tips to Improve Your Digital Wellbeing

Whether you are working from home or back in the office, do you find it hard to switch off and have time away from your devices (even for non-work related activities?).

In this session we will give you tools and tips on how to sustainably improve your relationship with and the benefits you gain from your devices and the digital world.

We continue the partnership with Rener Wellbeing to support our members to integrate wellbeing into their own lives and into their teams.

Rener Wellbeing have been supporting organisations across different industries, including Team London Bridge members, to integrate wellbeing into their company cultures and employees’ lives, in a sustainable and effective way. They take a holistic approach to wellbeing, focusing on Mental Health, Physical Activity, Sleep, and Nutrition as well as looking at company culture and manager influence.
