Delicious rye breads, cakes, open sandwiches, salads, and - of course - pastries, are on the menu at Ole & Steen.

A household name in their native Denmark, Lagkagehuset have brought their brand of premium baking to London and New York as Ole & Steen. Named after the company’s founders, Ole & Steen fits perfectly into the London Bridge community with their sustainable approach of minimising food waste by reducing and reusing products.

Their beautiful breads form the basis of much of the breakfast menu (available to 4pm), including the likes of Manuka smoked salmon with poached eggs & avocado on toast. Porridge and yogurts can be purchased until 11am, with soups, toasties, muffins and other sweet treats available all-day.
