Operation Defiant: Targeting Crime in London Bridge Station

On Monday 21st March a multi-partnership operation targeting crime in London Bridge Station took place lead by Team London Bridge's BID Funded BTP Officer PC Lee Noble. 

Operation Defiant, carried out by British Transport Police, City of London Dog Handlers, Met Police Task Force, South Eastern Revenue and Southern Revenue resulted in 45 stop and searches and 4 arrests, with 2 weapons seized. Numerous drugs were also confiscated, thanks to the noses of Elvis, Bella, Mace and Bea.

Team London Bridge would like thank all officers (and canines) involved for their commitment to making our public spaces safe. Further operations are planned in the coming months.
